3. Information We May Disclose
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information in the following limited circumstances:
Service Providers. We may engage trusted third-party service providers to perform functions on our behalf, such as software hosting, data storage, document management, communications, and administrative support. These service providers may have access to information only as needed to perform their functions and are obligated to protect it and use it solely for the purposes we specify.
Coordination With Your Authorized Professionals. With your authorization, we may share information with the other professionals involved in your financial picture, including the advisory relationship described in Section 9, so that your bookkeeping, tax, and broader financial matters stay coordinated.
Legal Requirements. We may disclose information to law enforcement, regulators, government officials, or other third parties as required by law, regulation, legal process, or court order.
Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, information may be transferred as part of the transaction, subject to the protections of this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Tax Return Information. Information you provide in connection with the preparation of a tax return is subject to special federal protections. We use and disclose tax return information only as permitted or required by law, and otherwise only with your separate written consent. See our Disclosures page for more information.
