These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at dewtax.net (the “Site”), operated by Dew Tax Advisory, LLC (operating as Dew Tax and Dew Bookkeeping, collectively “Dew Tax,” “we,” or “us”). The Site is provided for general informational purposes only. The content on the Site describes our services and provides general information about bookkeeping and tax matters. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to provide services, the provision of services, or professional advice of any kind. Use of the Site does not create a professional relationship between you and Dew Tax. A professional relationship is formed only through a separate written engagement agreement.

2. Not Investment, Legal, or Accounting Advice

Dew Tax provides bookkeeping and tax services. Dew Tax is not an investment adviser, a law firm, or a public accounting firm, and no content on the Site should be interpreted as investment, legal, or accounting advice. Investment advisory services are provided only by Dew Wealth Management, an SEC-registered investment adviser and an affiliated company of Dew Tax, under a separate engagement with that firm. 3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Information on the Site is provided without any representation or warranty as to results. We make no guarantee regarding any financial, tax, or business outcome. Different situations involve different facts, and outcomes depend on circumstances specific to you.
